All entries submitted to us will first be subject to quality control, to ensure that the standard of the photo taken is up to our requirements. We advise you to take photos in good lighting conditions to avoid any issues and to forward photos on to us in a high-resolution format to ensure optimum quality. To be entered into the competition you must have previously stayed with us.

The main factor that contributes to winning the photo competition: 

• The number of legitimate likes/public shares that your photo receives on Facebook & Instagram.

The “Stay For Free” prize will only be available on the cost of your last stay with us as a cash prize up to the value of £500. Entries must be made within 12 months of your original stay. You can submit a photo for subsequent months once entered. Entries for that month’s competition draw will be accepted until the last day of every month and will be made public on the launch of the next month’s competition. Get Waenfechan Glamping & Camping reserves the right to use any photos emailed to the company on our website, and in any other media of our choosing.

Entrants must not seek to obtain likes and public shares that are illegitimate. We deem illegitimate likes and shares as those purchased, or where any form of incentive (monetary or otherwise) is offered to individuals or groups for liking or sharing your competition entry. We may disqualify any competition entrant when we feel they are not operating in good faith.

Likes and public shares will be counted on the first working day of each month. Shares we are unable to see and verify won’t count.

Terms are subject to change at any time. Entries can be disapproved at the discretion of the company at any time.

• This is a promotion by Waenfechan glamping & Camping (the Promoter).

• The winner will receive a two night stay in one of our luxury glamping pods.

• The prize is valid at Waenfechan Glamping & Camping for a full 12 months from the 01/01/2024. After this 12-month period is up, the prize will automatically expire..

• There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

• The photo entries will be judged by our panel and the winner selected by majority vote.

• The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 30.12.23 Entries received outside this time period will not be entered into the prize draw.

• The winner will be announced on 31.12.23 by commenting on the winning image and sending a direct message. If there is no re- sponse within 21 days, Waenfechan Glamping & Camping reserves the right to select another winner.

• By entering this competition using #MYWGC you are giving Waenfechan Glamping & Camping permission to use your photo across their social media channels, giving you photo credit.

• You must hold the copyright to the photo you enter into the competition.

• The prize draw is open to all EU residents (aged 18 or over).

• Waenfechan Glamping & Camping accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from Waenfechan Glamping & Camping).

• The Promoter accepts no liability of any loss damage or injury.
